Yummier Healthier Waffles

I adapted this recipe from a recipe on "How To This and That" Restaurant Style Waffles , check out her blog here: http://howtothisandthat.com/how-to-make-restaurant-style-homemade-belgian-waffles/ I took the original ingridients and substitute healthier options. You can make it as healthy as you want by making additional changes, but the below recipe has already been tested and tried by my non-health concerned husband who loves waffles and only cares about taste. He approves! This will make about 8 waffles so you may want to double it if you want to get some leftovers to freeze and use for the week.  INGREDIENTS A waffle iron hot and ready to go 1 cup whole wheat flour  1 cup all purpose flour  ¾ cup of white sugar, all natural sugar, or sugar alternative  3 teaspoons of baking powder 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 eggs (or 3 egg whites or 2 egg replacement , I used farm fresh eggs)  1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup coconut oil  1 cup almond milk ( add up to ½ cu...
